RETURNS & REFUNDS - We have 30 days refunds/returns policy from the date that purchase has been despatched (the exception is late/non arrival of delivery) for the UK and 30 days for the countries outside UK (see terms and conditions of returns & refunds)
Terms and conditions of returns & refunds - We cannot accept returns on Bespoke/Made to Order/Special/Personalised orders unless there is a manufacturing fault. - If items are faulty or sent in error the full refund will be given as soon as the goods are returned and checked (usually within 24 hours) + the postage will be refunded if proof of postage is enclosed - In any other case, where customer would like to return the goods for any other reason then stated as above, we will refund the full amount as per terms given earlier under return & refunds. - When a refund is approved, the same method of payment will be used as it was used to make the original purchase Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. The original shipping charge from us to you is not refundable. PLEASE NOTE THAT A REFUND WILL BE MADE ONLY IF THE GOODS ARE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITON AND PACKAGING AS DESPACHED, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCEED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS AS STATED ABOVE. We are not responsible for any items lost/damaged back in transit to us.
