Shipping and Returns HEADING_TITLE

SHIPPING in UK - we offer:

  • £3.95 Items will be despatched the same or following day if in stock (please contact customer services for delivery on personalised items)
  • £7.50 Next day delivery service on stock items for orders placed before 11am

FREE Postage is free of charge on all orders above £85

Our aim is to send your purchases out as soon as the order has been made and payment has been cleared (usually within 24 hours).

In case of "Out of Stock" item we will let you know as soon as we are aware that that is the case and in that situation we can offer you the following:
- Approximate date when the product will be in stock and are you willing to wait for it
- Alternative product if possible
- Full refund if none of above is satisfactory

Items of high value (eg. some jewellery) will be posted as recorded delivery at no extra cost, but please note that it those cases a signature will be required upon receipt of goods (we will notify you via email if we feel that recorded delivery is necessary).

Please note that we do not despatch to PO Boxes or Company names without the name of the individual whom the packages is address to.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UK

The delivery outside of the UK will be sent by Royal Mail International Services.
Sometimes the signature will be required upon delivery (we will let you know when that is the case via email).

- While going through the check out process you will be asked to choose the delivery destination for your purchase/s - postage will be automatically calculated depending on the weight and the world zone of the chosen country

Please allow 5-14 working days as standard for the delivery from the despatch date.

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of Despatch or point of manufacture in the case of bespoke items. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days. Once despatched please follow the guidelines for Returns/Refunds.

LATE/NON ARRIVAL OF DELIVERY
- If your delivery is late or doesn't arrive in the delivery timescale please contact us on
customerservices@astonsoflondon.co.uk
- In the event of a non-delivery we can only allow a replacement /refund after 20 working days has passed (this is the time scale for the Royal Mail to classify a parcel as lost)

RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • We have 14 days refunds/returns policy from the date that purchase has been despatched (the exception is late/non arrival items - please see above under late/non arrival of delivery) for the UK and 14 days for the countries outside UK (see terms and conditions of returns & refunds
  • We have a 7 day refund policy if order has been cancelled before being despatched

Terms and conditions of returns & refunds

- We cannot accept returns on Bespoke/Made to Order/Special/Personalised orders unless there is a manufacturing fault.
- If items are faulty or sent in error the full refund will be given as soon as the goods are returned and checked (usually within 24 hours) + the postage will be refunded if proof of postage is enclosed
- In any other case, where customer would like to return the goods for any other reason then stated as above, we will refund the full amount as per terms given earlier under return & refunds.
- When a refund is approved, the same method of payment will be used as it was used to make the original purchase

Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. The original shipping charge from us to you is not refundable.

PLEASE NOTE THAT A REFUND WILL BE MADE ONLY IF THE GOODS ARE RETURNED IN THE SAME CONDITON AND PACKAGING AS DESPACHED, OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PROCEED WITH THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RETURNS AND REFUNDS AS STATED ABOVE.

We are not responsible for any items lost/damaged back in transit to us.
